Enklask Europa SL, acting as data controller, processes your personal data for the purpose of managing and following up on your contact request.

Enklask Europa SL, acting as data controller, processes your personal data in order to enable the creation and management of your user account, as well as access to the services offered.

This processing is based on the performance of the contract entered into between you and Enklask Europa SL.

The data collected is necessary for the creation of your account. Failure to provide mandatory information will prevent your account from being created.

Your data is intended for:

• the authorised internal departments of Enklask Europa SL;
• technical sub-processors involved in the management of the service (hosting, maintenance, etc.).

Data will be retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and subsequently archived in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
